The valance at the door was 70″ high. I had no problem as I’m magically shrinking as I age. But others did. A board was used as a guide and a oscillating saw made quick work of it.
The swing gate has been installed and benchwork leading over to it and on top of it installed.
Proberta on the left and Gerber yard on the right have been cleaned up.
The next area to be built is Red Bluff. Work was started fastening down the plywood.
