Temporary River Crossings

I had to postpone operating in that the locos have not been used for at least 5 years and were not running well.  I will relube all gear boxes and drivers.

Cottonwood fascia is up.  There is a stream crossing at the turnback loop that did not have track.  I decided to not worry about installing bridges at this time (abutments are still packed away somewhere after my move to Texas.)

By just laying temporary plywood, roadbed, and track across the opening will allow operating on the whole layout sooner.  The same thing was done with the turnback curve between Proberta and Red Bluff.

I reinstalled my throttle caddy along with USB charging cables.  It just takes a quick look to see that all throttles are there rather than having them scattered all over the layout at the end of an op session.
